Focused on junior club and primary school rugby, this group supports tamariki as they take their first steps in the game. Our RDO visits local schools to introduce rugby and support volunteer coaches. WCRU also runs age-appropriate coaching courses to help you guide our youngest players with confidence.

This group supports rangatahi in secondary school and Under 18 club teams. Coaches at this level work on developing both core skills and team play.

At the senior level, coaching is about refining performance, leadership and building winning teams. We offer tailored development pathways and a bank of resources to help you coach at the highest community level and contribute to our proud red and white legacy.
